We welcome any form of support, such as support of a specific part of the conference (poster session reception, poster awards) or covering a conference fee for a student participant.

We are offering 4 levels of sponsorship to vendors:

• PLATINUM ($3,800): Includes company logo on the conference website and all conference
  materials, one complimentary conference registration, and one company table for two days of the
  conference. This sponsorship will cover organizing a Lunch Buffet for participants for one day and
  will be specially recognized on the sponsorship day.
• GOLD ($2,000): Includes company logo on the conference website and all conference
  materials, one complimentary conference registration, and one company table during the poster
  sessions. This sponsorship will help cover the costs of Reception & Caterer for participants during one
  of the poster sessions. It will be recognized explicitly on the days of poster sessions.
• SILVER ($1,500): Includes company logo on the conference website and all conference
  materials, one complimentary conference registration, and one company table, which can be attended
  during coffee breaks between sessions. It will cover the cost of serving coffee and refreshments for a
  full conference day.
• BRONZE ($850): Includes company logo on the conference website and all conference
  materials. It will cover the cost of serving half a day of coffee and refreshments during session coffee
  breaks on August 14th.
