- We encourage young investigators to prepare parallel posters in conjunction with their oral presentations. This will facilitate informal discussions about their research in a poster format. Please let us know if you are interested in presenting a poster so we can reserve a slot for you.

- Registrations will be active until Sunday, July 28 at 11:59 PM EST.
- For posters, we will provide separate rolling boards that are 48 inches wide and 60 inches high, which can accommodate a poster size of 36x48 inches in portrait orientation.

- July 10th 2024 (23.59 EST): Regular rate registration deadline
- From July 1st, conference room bookings will be canceled and prices will increase. We strongly recommend that you book Embassy Suits hotel.
- We are planning the bus transfer departing from Chicago ORD on Sunday, August 11th, at 3 PM (CST) to arrive at our campus around 6-7 PM (EST) on the same day. The cost is $60 per person. If you've already registered, you can easily add the bus transfer to your registration.

Dear participants, we invite you to take advantage of our bus transfer service from Chicago O'Hare Airport to the University of Notre Dame campus on Sunday, August 11, priced at $60 per person. If you've already registered, you can easily add the bus transfer to your registration.
Furthermore, we encourage oral presenters to submit additional abstracts for poster presentations showcasing their latest unpublished work. Young investigators are particularly encouraged to prepare parallel posters for their oral presentations, fostering informal discussions about their research in a poster format.
